I installed this on my Mother's computer because she is always having troubles on it. I showed her how to start it up when she needed it and even gave her a little manual to help her along. Now that it's there I don't have to spend 20 minutes on the phone with her to explain how to attach a file, I can just make the connection and SHOW her!
